Here are the ingredients 125g of dark chocolate; we’re using here 85% cocoa. 125g of butter (unsalted) 2 tablespoons of raw honey 2 eggs and a pinch of salt.
A piece of cake, isn’t it? Melt the chocolate with butter and honey You can do it in the bain-marie or using a microwave. Mixing it every 30 seconds! Mix the yolks into the melted chocolate mixture. Add whipped egg whites and mix with a spatula carefully.
Pour it into a big container or in small jars. Let it rest in the fridge for 4 hours before serving. See? How easy it was!?
