Air Fryer Zucchini Chips – Keto Friendly

Hey, Hey, what’s up. In this post, I am going to show you how to make some flavorful crispy zucchini chips in the air fryer. Now I love this appetizer and trust me, it’s so fresh, crunchy, and delicious. So no further ado let’s get into the recipe. So I can show you how to make eating fried food feels guilty on the body, but this appetizer did not taste like that.
It was fresh and delicious. All right, just start this up.

We’re going to take one cup of flour. We’re going to season it with salt and pepper, and we’re going to go ahead and mix that. So to make this appetizer, we’re going to need that seasoned flour, or I need two eggs so that way we can give it an egg wash. Then we’re going to need some breadcrumbs, also we are going to be putting a little bit of Parmesan cheese in that breadcrumb so that we can get it with the little extra flavor. All right, go ahead and just whisk up your eggs.

So we’re going to be using both hands. We’re going to have our wet hand and then we’re gonna have our dry hand. Basically what you want to do is you want to take your zucchini get a nice coat of flour, shake off any excess, drop it in your egg wash, and then you want to put that into your breadcrumb mix. Now use your dry hand. So that way you can put some of the breadcrumbs all around it. Once that breadcrumb pretty much absorbed some of the egg wash, you should be okay because they won’t make your hands dirty as exceed. So we’re just going to go ahead and do that to the rest of the two zucchinis, and then we’ll get the air fry ready.

So, this is how you want your batter on the zucchinis to look, you want them to look dry because if it was moist, there would be a chance that it would run off of this zucchini and the batter would fall up in the air fryer. And you don’t want that. So just go ahead and make sure it’s nice and dry.

Go ahead and preheat your air fryer at 375 degrees.

Once your air fryers nice and heated up. Go ahead and place all your zucchinis in there. Make sure you space them out. You don’t want everything crowded. So just go ahead and make sure that they’re not touching each other.

Go ahead and take a can of oil and spray a little bit on each of those zucchini’s, by that the moisture of the oil will be able to get into that breading and that way makes it nice and crispy.

Let’s go ahead and start our air fryer. You want to set it at 375 degrees and you want to cook it for four minutes. So once that timer’s done, you’re gonna just flip all your zucchini’s. Spread a little bit of oil on that other side, and then basically you’re going to just cook it for another four minutes at 365 degrees. It takes no more than that. So once that batch is done, you’re ready to start eating.
All right. So after that last four minutes, you can go ahead and enjoy your snack. Let me tell you, this recipe is not a guilty recipe. It’s not deep-fried in that oil. You get the freshness of the zucchini and you still get that crunchy exterior. So trust me, when you try this, you’re going to be amazed at how good it is.

So all you gotta do is just serve it up with your favorite sauce that you’d like to eat your zucchini chips with and just enjoy it.
