What Are The Ingredients Needed To Make Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

We need Almond flour, baking soda, salted butter, salt, vanilla extract, golden monk fruit, egg, Lilly’s dark chocolate chips, and pecans.

What flour do you use to make Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies?

I have tried making this cookie using both almond flour and coconut flour and conclude that almond flour tastes much better than the coconut flour.

How To Make These Low Carb Chocolate Cookies?

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a small mixing bowl add almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, combine until mixed well. 
  • In a stand mixer bowl whip in butter, golden monk fruit, and vanilla extract until the mixture is creamy.
  • Add the egg and whisk in on low speed and steadily pour almond flour mixture.
  • Finally, add some Lilly’s Dark Chocolate Chips and chopped nuts. Place the mixture into the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Using the ice cream scoop, scoop drop the cookie mixture on to the baking sheet and place them evenly. 
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown.
  • Sprinkle sea salt for taste ( optional )

  • 1 cup Lilly's chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
